SAP 제품수명주기관리와 SAP 비즈니스 스위트의 중요한 기능영역인 수명주기 데이터 관리(LDM) 솔루션에 대한 과정들은 제품수명주기 전반에 걸쳐 제품에 대한 데이터 관리와 통제의 내용을 모두 포함하는 과정입니다. SAP PLM 수명주기 데이터 관리는 사양서, 제품 구조, 그리고 관련된 기술문서들에 대한 최적의 환경을 만들어 내고, 이를 바탕으로 빠르고 신뢰성있는 데이터 관리와 외부 비즈니스 파트너와의 협업을 촉진합니다. 기업은 제품수명주기 전반에 대한 보다 정확한 데이터와 높아진 통제능력, 시장에 대한 빠른 대응력, 개선된 제품 디자인, 보다 정확하게 고객의 요구에 맞추어 나갈 수 있는 능력으로부터 많은 이익을 가질 수 있습니다.
SAPPLM (SAP PLM Solution Overview)과정은 PLM 솔루션에 대한 기능 및 프로세스에 대한 기본적인 이해를 목적으로 하는 과정입니다.
PLM100 (Life-Cycle Data Management) 과정은 수명주기 데이터 관리의 전반을 이해할 수 있도록 구성되어 이후 세부적인 수명주기 데이터 관리 과정에 대한 준비를 돕습니다. 특히 SAP PLM 수명주기 데이터 관리의 업무를 시작하는 분들에게 유용합니다. 이 과정에서는 수명주기 데이터 관리의 기능과 프로세스에 대한 전반적인 내용을 다루고 있습니다. 제품개발 프로세스에서는 문서관리, CAD 통합, 제품 데이터 및 제품 구조 개발, 분류관리, ALE나 인터넷을 통한 데이터 배포, variant configuration, 변경 관리 및 형상관리로 주요 부분이 구성됩니다.
PLM120 (Document Management System) 과정은 SAP 시스템에서의 외부문서에 대한 관리와 통합에 대한 주제로 진행됩니다. 문서관리에 대한 소개와 함께 SAP의 저장영역에 문서의 안전한 저장, 다른 SAP R/3 개체와의 링크, 그리고 이에 필요한 시스템 설정에 관련하여 필요한 지식을 획득할 수 있도록 합니다. CAD 통합 역시 이 과정에서 다루어지게 될 것입니다.
PLM130 (Classification) 과정은 분류관리에 대한 세부적인 실행과 사용 그리고 커스터마이징에 대한 내용으로 진행됩니다. 속성과 클래스의 관리, 분류, 개체의 검색, 클래스 계층관리, 개체 의존상태, 그리고 다른 비즈니스 시나리오들에 대한 애플리케이션의 예시 등으로 구성됩니다.
Variant Configuration에 대해 PLM140, PLM143 그리고 PLM146 과정이 준비되어 있습니다. 이 과정을 통해 Variant Configuration의 여러가지 양상들을 다루게 됩니다.
PLM140 (Variant Configuration Part1) 과정은 Configurable 제품에 대한 자재 마스터, super BOM, super task list, variant class, configuration profile, 그리고 선택조건, 절차, 제약사항 과 같은 object dependencies을 가지고 multivariant 제품의 모델링을 설명합니다.
PLM143 (Variant Configuration Part2) 과정은 PLM140과정을 기초로 하여 variant configuration의 통합관점의 내용들을 다루게 됩니다. Variant configuration을 통해 판매, 수요관리, 자재소요계획, 원가관리, 가격관리, 생산 현장 관리 등으로 진행되는 프로세스가 조명됩니다. 이것은 standalone(독립형) configuration 및 변경관리와 함께 마무리됩니다.
PLM146 (Variant Configuration Part3) 과정은 PLM140 과정을 기초로 하여 주로 configuration 시나리오를 다루는 것으로 구성되어 있습니다. Object dependency, configuration profile, 그리고 기술 툴에 대한 내용이 또한 포함되어져 있습니다.
PLM150 (Change&Configuration Management)는 변경관리와 configuration 관리의 기능과 방법에 대한 내용으로 구성됩니다. 이것은 엔지니어링 변경관리(ECM)와 생산관련 오더 변경 관리(OCM)를 포함합니다. ECM은 마스터 데이터 변경 프로세스에 대한 내용을 포함하고, 특히 자재 마스터, 부품배합표, 라우팅, 문서, 그리고 object에 대한 변경에 대한 내용을 다루게 됩니다. OCM은 마스터 데이터 또는 판매오더에 대한 변경에 의해서 발생하게 되는 생산오더에 대한 시스템 지원 변경사항에 대한 내용에 대해 진행합니다.
